Vision : To train African Independent Church (AIC) Leaders in their own vernacular, close to their places of residence, after regular working hours, by means of a tutor in a contact class. Thus enabling them to fruitfully serve their congregation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Target Group: Leaders of the African Independent Church (AIC). They have a membership of some 12,5 million people in South Africa, who are being led by people, who in most cases, have not had training at all. More than a century ago, they broke away from the mainline churches, they over time have developed into a church with untrained leaders. However, they are amongst the only churches in South Africa showing a noteworthy growth in numbers |
